CiDi Signs RMB 1 Billion Comprehensive Credit Line with Bank of Communications at National Conference on Promoting the Expansion of Private Economic Development

The National Conference on Promoting the Expansion of Private Economic Development in Changsha, Hunan Province concluded on November 28th. 

 

At the event, officials from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) emphasized that China will accelerate the establishment of a full-chain service platform to support high-quality development of private investment across the country.

 

During the conference, governments presented more than 200 projects open to private capital. These projects span multiple sectors, including manufacturing, transportation and logistics, energy and environmental protection, and agriculture and water conservancy.

 

According to NDRC representatives, the nationwide project promotion session aims to help private investors identify promising opportunities with greater precision, strengthen financial support for project implementation, and build an integrated service platform that connects policy guidance, project matchmaking, and financial enablement.

As a key part of the event, several major financial institutions, including the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Agricultural Bank of China, signed credit agreements with private enterprises, with total credit facilities reaching RMB 25.225 billion.

 

Among these signings, the Hunan Branch of Bank of Communications signed a cooperation agreement with CiDi, granting the company a comprehensive credit line of RMB 1 billion.
