CiDi Achieves Automotive SPICE® Capability Level 2

CiDi has achieved Automotive SPICE® Capability Level 2 (CL2) certification, marking the establishment of a standardized software development and process management system for intelligent driving that aligns with internationally recognized standards.

Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), jointly developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) and leading European automakers, is a globally recognized framework for assessing the maturity of automotive software development processes and is a widely adopted by OEMs and suppliers worldwide.


The assessment was conducted based on CiDi’s Automatic Emergency Braking System (AEBS) capabilities. According to the evaluation results, CiDi achieved CL2 across System Engineering (SYS), Software Engineering (SWE), and Management & Support (MAN & SUP). This milestone strengthens the foundation for deeper collaboration with both domestic and international OEM partners. While advancing process standardization, CiDi also places cybersecurity at the core of its development framework.

To date, CiDi has established a comprehensive management framework through a series of internationally recognized certifications, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/SAE 21434, covering process governance, product quality, functional safety, and cybersecurity.
