CiDi Expands Partnership with TCC Group with Fifth Autonomous Mining Truck Deployment in Chongqing
On March 8, six electric autonomous mining trucks powered by CiDi were successfully deployed at TCC Chongqing, marking the fifth collaboration between CiDi and TCC Group.

Since the initial deployment in July 2022, when 14 all-electric autonomous mining trucks were delivered to the TCC Jurong plant, the fleet has maintained a zero-incident record while delivering millions in cost savings and sustaining stable operations for nearly four years. According to objective verification by the National Institute of Metrology of China, autonomous operational efficiency at the site has exceeded that of manual driving.
The partnership has since scaled up to five rounds of repeat orders across multiple phases. Following deployments in Yingde and Heping, the latest rollout in Chongqing extends the collaboration into Southwest China, bringing the cumulative fleet size to 50 fully electric autonomous mining trucks across multiple sites. The newly deployed vehicles are designed to operate in complex mountainous terrain and challenging conditions, including high temperatures and dense fog.

Over four years of collaboration, CiDi and TCC have established a scalable model for autonomous mining deployment across diverse environments in Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Chongqing. This continued repurchases reflect unique and sustained confidence in CiDi’s mine- and quarry-wide autonomous solutions, as well as our ability to scale across site-specific operational requirements.
